We're Hiring: Systems Engineer

Location: Kissimmee, FL (Local Candidates Preferred)

Important Requirements:

• Candidates must be local to Florida (or willing to relocate immediately).
• This position is available ONLY on our W2 payroll.
• No C2C, third-party vendors, or sponsorship.
• Candidates should be flexible to provide late evening/night shift support as required.

We are looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to support a large-scale enterprise environment responsible for operational sustainment, platform engineering, infrastructure support, and production operations in a 24x7 global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 & Tier 3 production support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
• Execute operational tasks across applications, infrastructure, and platforms.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, post-patch validation, and remediation.
• Support cloud, container, virtualization, operating system, and platform engineering activities.
• Participate in deployments, releases, and production support activities.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and perform root cause analysis.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Participate in an on-call rotation supporting 24x7 global operations.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Systems Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience supporting Tier 2/3 production environments.
• Hands-on experience with:
• AWS
• Kubernetes
• Rancher
• Linux & Windows Administration
• Containers & Virtualization
• Experience with:
• Python and/or PowerShell scripting
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring & Incident Management
• Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
