SRE ENGINEER

At Tsoft Perú, we’re looking for SRE ENGINEER who love solving complex problems and building technology that makes a real impact.

You’ll be joining a dynamic environment where you'll work on payment solutions, intelligent systems, scalable platforms, and high-availability environments that support critical business operations.

What You’ll Build

Core Infrastructure:

• Design intelligent SDKs and gateway proxies to route traffic seamlessly across Data Centers (DCs).
• Service mesh architecture that provides failover across Kubernetes clusters
• Drive the migration to an LSM engine-based distributed DB that spans across datacenter regions.
• Implement a Service Mesh architecture providing automatic failover across Kubernetes clusters.
• Architect an Event-Mesh architecture to move all operations off the critical path, ensuring reliability via asynchronous mechanisms.
• Build a multi-DC + client-side distributed data caching system with Strong Eventual Consistency.
• Develop automatic anomaly detection systems processing streaming data from varied stacks.
• Build unified SRE systems to manage heterogeneous stacks across multiple DCs and Banks.
• Design from First Principles: You will help run our internal "Distributed Systems School." Learn how Biology keeps a body "healthy and hale" and apply those principles to microservices.
• Production is your Playground: You will champion modern Chaos Testing approaches. Discover, fix, and ensure the system survives the unexpected.
