Selected candidates will take part in Security projects for global and leading companies across Europe.

What You’ll Bring

At least 5 years of experience in security consulting, cloud security, or Zero Trust–related initiatives

Strong understanding of Zero Trust security models and their practical application across identity, networks, workloads, endpoints and data

Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Security, including IAM, network segmentation, encryption, logging, monitoring and threat detection

Solid knowledge of cloud security frameworks and standards, such as NIST 800‑207, CIS AWS Benchmark and ISO/IEC 27001

Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Fluency in English

Legal: Must own a valid work permit or EU/Schengen Space Nationality to legally work in Portugal.

What You’ll Do

Lead or support the design, implementation and delivery of Zero Trust architectures and AWS Cloud Security solutions

Assess client environments and define security strategies aligned with Zero Trust principles

Design and deploy cloud‑native security controls in AWS, covering:

IAM and access policies

Network segmentation and security groups

Encryption using AWS KMS

Logging, monitoring and threat detection

Implement and manage AWS security services such as CloudTrail, GuardDuty, Security Hub, AWS Config, Macie and Inspector

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed security into DevOps, cloud migration and digital transformation programs

Support clients in improving cloud security posture, detection and response capabilities, and regulatory compliance

Contribute to architecture reviews, implementation roadmaps, technical documentation and client presentations

At Manager level, mentor junior team members and support project delivery governance

What Will Set You Apart

AWS Security Specialty or other relevant AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect Associate/Professional)

Experience with DevSecOps practices, IaC security (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipeline integration

Knowledge of SIEM, SOAR and threat detection tooling in cloud environments

Experience with identity federation, MFA and endpoint security in Zero Trust contexts

Project management or team leadership experience (Manager level)

Fluency in other European languages is a plus

Flexibility for regular travel within Europe for key project deliveries and client meetings.
