🚀 Hiring: DevOps Architect (Dutch speaker)



Join us as a DevOps Architect and act as a true efficiency ambassador, shaping and delivering world-class DevOps strategies across large-scale enterprise programmes

.You’ll operate at the intersection of business, development, and operations — designing modern DevOps architectures, driving transformation, and leading high-impact delivery.


What you’ll do:

  • Define and implement DevOps architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and ways of working
  • Drive adoption of DevOps best practices across engineering teams
  • Lead large-scale delivery programmes and set strategic direction
  • Engage senior stakeholders, influencing key decisions and outcomes
  • Improve speed, quality, and maturity of software delivery
  • Lead teams and ensure strong governance, reporting, and execution


What you bring:

  • Proven experience designing DevOps architectures & CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on with tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, Docker, Terraform, Ansible
  • Strong cloud expertise (AWS, Azure and/or GCP)
  • Experience with containers & orchestration (Kubernetes / OpenShift)
  • Background in automated testing & DevSecOps integration
  • Strong leadership experience across large or multiple teams
  • Agile delivery experience (Scrum, SAFe – certifications a plus)
  • Coding knowledge (e.g. Java or similar)
