You will work with leading enterprise technologies, collaborate directly with NetApp and Nutanix, and help shape the infrastructure strategy of some of the largest organizations across the Baltics.

This is not a traditional presales role focused only on preparing quotations. You will become a trusted technical advisor, working closely with partners, customers and vendors to deliver innovative infrastructure solutions and drive business growth.

What will you be doing?

• Work closely with the Business Development Manager to drive NetApp and Nutanix business across the Baltics.
• Support business development by identifying technical opportunities and helping partners position NetApp and Nutanix solutions.
• Support partners throughout the entire sales cycle, from opportunity qualification to solution design and proposal preparation.
• Design technical solutions and prepare configurations based on customer requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and enablement sessions for partners and customers.
• Participate in customer meetings, proof of concepts and solution demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers and vendors.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and maintain vendor certifications.

You will become part of Arrow's Baltic Core Technologies team, working in a highly collaborative environment together with Business Development Managers, marketing, vendor teams and partner engineers.

The role combines technical expertise with partner enablement and business development, providing the opportunity to influence technical strategy and help grow the NetApp and Nutanix business across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

What are we looking for?

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure technologies such as storage, virtualization, backup, servers, networking or cloud solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical way.
• Customer-facing experience and excellent communication skills.
• Presentation and training delivery skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies.
• Willingness to travel across the Baltics.
• Business-level English.
• Fluency in at least one Baltic language (Estonian, Latvian or Lithuanian).

On Target Earnings (Base Pay + Target Variable Pay)

57 600 to 70 400 EUR

Actual compensation offered to a candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay mix between base salary and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at the offer stage.
