Your Job
- Implement and maintain network automation to provision devices, apply configurations, manage changes and collect telemetry using tools such as Ansible, Python or similar
- Build and maintain infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for network components and cloud-network integration (VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups).Integrate network monitoring and observability: collect, analyze and act on telemetry (SNMP, streaming telemetry, NetFlow), use tools such as Grafana, ELK or commercial NMS
- Implement configuration management, version control and CI/CD pipelines for network changes (GitLab or similar).Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of complex network incidents across physical, virtual and cloud environments
- Design, deploy and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN (Ect. Cisco or Meraki) infrastructure (switching, routing)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to maintain access controls; apply patching and vulnerability mitigations for network devices
- Support cloud networking across AWS, Azure: hybrid connectivity, transit architectures and cloud-native network services
- Develop and maintain network documentation, runbooks, diagrams and standard operating procedures
- Provide capacity planning, performance tuning and participate in architecture reviews and projects
- Working in a global Team while you’re located within the Team in Kaunas LT
- Demonstrable experience automating network operations using at least one of: Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar tools
- Hands-on experience in network engineering (enterprise or service provider)
- Solid scripting skills (Python, Ansible); ability to write, test and maintain automation code
- Knowledge of routing and switching protocols: BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, STP, VRF, MPLS, VPN technologies (GRE/IPsec)
- Experience with network management and observability tools (Cisco Catalyst Center, SNMP, NetFlow, streaming telemetry and others), and monitoring (Grafana, or comparable)
- Practical experience with cloud networking in AWS/Azure (VPC/VNet design, hybrid connectivity)
- Familiar with IaC and CI/CD practices (Terraform, Git, GitLab)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across physical and virtual networks
- English fluency
- Certifications: Cisco (CCNA/CCNP/CCIE/DevNet), or CompTIA Network+, AWS/Azure networking, Linux/Redhat certs
- Experience with SD-WAN, SDN controllers, intent-based networking
- Experience with zero-trust networking (ZTNA) and SASE solutions
- Prior work in international or cross-cultural teams
