Cloud Solution Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Solution Engineer to lead cloud strategy and technical engagement across the Malaysia market. This role will drive customer success, expansion, and innovation initiatives with strong expertise in AI solutions and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role critical to driving cloud growth and AI adoption in the Malaysia market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud architecture design and technical strategy for key enterprise accounts in Malaysia

• Advise customers on AI-driven solutions, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architectures on OCI

• Drive workload migration, optimization, and expansion within existing accounts

• Partner with sales and account teams to support pre-sales engagements and solution positioning

• Provide technical leadership, best practices, and governance guidance to customers

• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior technical stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in cloud architecture and enterprise solution design

• Strong expertise in AI/ML solutions and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

• Proven track record supporting enterprise customers in Malaysia or ASEAN markets

• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, data platforms, and modernization strategies

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
