Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high availability and performance of AWS infrastructure, applications, and services.
• Design, Architect & Implement auto-scaling, load balancing, and failover strategies in AWS environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks, workflows, and deployments using scripting or various technologies (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc).
• Deploy observability tools (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, etc) for system health monitoring.
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) for scalable and repeatable provisioning.
• Optimize AWS resource utilization to reduce cloud costs.
• Provide technical guidance and support across our internal team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business unit teams to ensure the process aligns with organization standard.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in relevant field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an SRE, Wintel Engineer or in a similar role.
• Expert in scripting languages like Powershell, Python, Bash or other similar languages.
• Experience in Wintel platforms, On Premise is a plus.
• Strong understanding knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, TCP, IP, Routing) & AWS core services such as EC2, Load Balancer, VPC, SSM, CloudWatch etc.
• Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks such as Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS Lambda etc is a plus.
• Certifications with AWS, security or other infrastructure are advantageous.
• Shift rotation is required with extra compensation.
• Ability to speak & converse in both English & Chinese.

Working Hours:

• 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday) during first 1-2 months job training
• 24x7 on-site shift rotation with competitive shift allowance (5 days of work per week).

Work Location:

• KL Eco City (Accessible via LRT and KTM)
