Role Purpose :

Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy and architecture for Customer by aligning business objectives with IT capabilities.

Drive infrastructure transformation, modernization while ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions

Key Responsibilities :

• 8–10 years in solution architecture and technical leadership roles
• Strong experience in on-prem platform architecture (VMware, private cloud, Kubernetes) with HA/ DR/ Security
• Hands-on expertise in ITSM integration (Valuemation, ServiceNow)
• Proven ability to design service catalogs and CMDB integrations
• Deep knowledge of IaC - Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automation/orchestration
• Ability to embed governance, approvals, and cost controls into workflows
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills

Primary Skills :

Strong expertise in Enterprise Architecture & Design across Infrastructure

Hands-on experience in:

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
• End-to-end system design and integration across hybrid IT environments
• Cloud architecture (AWS / Azure / Hybrid cloud)
• Technology road mapping and transformation strategy
