IT Functional and Technical Analyst

This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as an IT Functional & Technical Analyst. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be engaged in dynamic projects, working on-site and collaborating with client teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will be hired by Keystone Solutions to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our core values to every engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and execute functional analysis within the client's IT department, focusing on the development and optimization of banking applications and websites.
• Integrate into a dedicated Java development team, providing support and advice on client and back-end best practices.
• Analyze and develop document generation processes.
• Collaborate with Application Lead Developers and Consultants/Integrators to address project feedback and evaluate new component candidates.
• Write analysis documents and user guides.
• Offer support and advice on all topics related to the client's websites.
• Participate actively in the testing phase.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT functional and technical analysis.
• Extensive experience as a Java engineer in an agile environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Java/Spring applications, object-oriented programming, REST, SOA, Selenium, and cloud environments.
• Continuous learner with a proactive approach to personal development and knowledge sharing.
• Ability to teach, coach, and train colleagues, sharing knowledge and experience.
• Good understanding of banking processes and the ability to translate business needs into software solutions with real business value.
• Practical experience with Scrum and agile methodologies, demonstrating a positive attitude, pragmatism, and a focus on team success.
• University degree or Master, preferably in IT.
• Sound knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch and French is an asset.
• Acute, dynamic, proactive, autonomous, and an excellent team player with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently, adapt to multiple environments, and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
• Experience working in large organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Expectation: 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.
