Inviting applications for the role of Architecture Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall technology architecture strategy, governance, and execution across cloud and enterprise platforms.
• Lead a team of architects to ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with business objectives.
• Lead acts as a key decision-maker and technical authority, overseeing architecture standards, leading design reviews, and ensuring consistent adoption of best practices across product and platform teams.
• Enable innovation, improving system reliability, and maintaining compliance and security standards
• Manage the business stakeholders of multiple segments
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, performance, and availability requirements are met.
• Establish infrastructure automation and DevOps architecture standards.
• Lead architecture reviews and design authority discussions and govern technology selection and architectural decision-making.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
• Overall experience of 15+ years and 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
• Proven experience in leading architecture teams and driving governance
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) with hands-on architecture experience
• Demonstrated ability in designing enterprise-scale, distributed systems
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership
• Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with Architecture Review Boards (ARB) or governance forums
• Familiarity with architecture frameworks (TOGAF or equivalent)
• Exposure to DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering practices
• Knowledge of microservices, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native patterns
• Experience in cost optimization and FinOps practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Architect, TOGAF)
