Solution Architect

With a flat organization and bold growth plans, we’re now looking for a Solution Architect to join our next chapter.

About The Role

As a Solution Architect at Qred, you’ll be a part of a growing tech organization, supporting our cross-functional teams in our Revenue Domain and ensuring they can deliver in the best possible way. You will both advise & collaborate with teams on solutions in their discovery phase and own problems yourself, from planning to implementation. Your daily work will probably include the following:

• Supporting product teams in the Revenue Domain in their ability to build cloud-distributed systems, serverless architectures and container platforms.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify the company's needs and requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Working across teams on solutions that involve multiple teams and ensuring the solutions we build are in line with our technical vision
• Getting ownership of problems to solve regarding products, architecture, and way of working impacting multiple product teams.
• Participating in setting our technical roadmap to align with business goals and the problems we see in our organization & architecture
• Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions

Who are we looking for:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in development with NodeJS/TypeScript or Java
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (we use AWS)
• Good grasp of security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Grafana or ELK Stack.
• Great communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You’re self-driven and thrive on autonomy.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. We believe our culture thrives when we work together, which is why we have an office-first approach. To balance this with some flexibility, we have the option of working remotely one day per week.
