Responsibilities
You will operate with a high degree of independence, exercising sound judgement, discretion, and initiative while engaging with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering confidential executive and administrative support, including diary management, correspondence, and document preparation
- Managing and prioritising incoming communications, drafting high-quality responses aligned with corporate standards
- Coordinating executive and departmental meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
- Supervising and supporting administrative staff, including workload delegation and guidance
You Are An Exceptional Communicator And Relationship Builder, Capable Of Engaging With Stakeholders At All Levels While Maintaining Discretion And Confidentiality. You Will Demonstrate
- Advanced administrative and executive support skills, with strong knowledge of office systems and procedures
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
- High-level communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills tailored to diverse audiences
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality documentation
