About the Role

Responsible for the planning and architectural design of the company's aPaaS, iPaaS, and dPaaS platforms; oversee the construction of platform architecture and common components, continuously driving the platform's evolution towards service-orientation and productization.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with ITBP for business requirements and solutions; organize the team to formulate unified, reusable technical project plans, ensuring high-quality project delivery and guaranteeing continuous operation.
• Proactively track IT technology development trends, conduct technology pre-research and selection; leverage new technologies such as platforms and AI to improve application implementation efficiency and reduce costs.
• Promote the appropriate introduction and implementation of cutting-edge IT technologies within the company, driving business change and innovation through technology.
• Oversee the establishment of the maintenance support system for IT platform products, continuously improving platform stability, performance, security, and user experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Automation, or related fields.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a key role within large-scale implementation projects or architectural design.

Required Skills

• Proficient in mainstream development languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, Go).
• Deep understanding of architectural selection and integration for platform components such as distributed system design, service governance, message queues, caching, databases, and DevOps.
• Familiarity with mainstream machine learning algorithms and AI model principles.
• Possess the ability to design system architectures for high concurrency, high availability, and high scalability.
• Familiar with cloud-native technology stacks (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and experienced with cloud platform architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud).
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience managing global teams is a plus.
• Proactive, with the ability to quickly understand business needs and demonstrate strong insight.
• Willing to take responsibility and possess strong resilience.
