Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help build, scale, and maintain a reliable cloud infrastructure that supports our growing products and engineering teams. You will play a key role in infrastructure automation, CI/CD optimization, observability, platform reliability, and cloud-native adoption across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK);
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment speed, reliability, and developer experience;
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability and performance;
• Troubleshoot production issues, drive incident resolution, and continuously improve operational processes through automation;
• Partner with engineering and product teams to define reliability standards, support application delivery, and plan infrastructure growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering;
• Strong experience with AWS, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD automation;
• Hands-on experience with Docker, ECS/Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures;
• Proficiency in Linux, scripting, and automation using Python, Typescript, or similar languages;
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools;
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and ownership mindset.
