- Operate Docker-based internal services including CI/CD, monitoring, self-hosted AI agents, and automation frameworks
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions workflows, and TeamCity build configurations across Windows, macOS, and Linux build environments
- Manage AWS infrastructure supporting internal data pipelines and enterprise file distribution
- Configure monitoring, alerting, and dashboards across on-prem and cloud environments
- Automate provisioning, deployments, and routine operational tasks to reduce manual toil
- Enforce security best practices: access control, secrets management, and infrastructure hygiene
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, and infrastructure work; evaluate and adopt AI-driven solutions to improve team productivity
- Maintain runbooks, architecture documentation, and operational guides

- Scripting and automation: Python or Bash
- Uses AI tools effectively to accelerate scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and automation; has curiosity and practical judgment around adopting AI-assisted workflows
It Would be Nice if You Had
- Self-hosted AI/LLM deployment experience (Ollama, vLLM, or similar)
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or equivalent
- Test automation framework integration with CI/CD
- Experience building internal AI agents, LLM-powered automation, or self-hosted AI infrastructure
- Security practices: secrets management, network segmentation, compliance frameworks
- Cybersecurity domain knowledge
