Job Overview:
The AWS Strategic Alliance Manager owns TechX product (Xora)'s alliance with AWS end-to-end — the stakeholder relationships, the co-sell motion, and the AWS Marketplace path (listing, private offers, and funding readiness). You are the connective tissue between Xora, AWS, and our internal sales and delivery teams.
This role suits someone who knows the AWS partner machinery hands-on — not just relationship-building, but the practical mechanics of Marketplace listings, private offers, co-sell registration, and funding programs — and who applies strong governance discipline so funding and co-sell claims are always compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
AWS Relationship & Stakeholder Management
- Build and manage the AWS stakeholder map — Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Solution Architects, account teams, Industries, and Marketplace contacts.
- Act as Xora's primary representative within the AWS partner ecosystem.
- Maintain a strong, trusted, day-to-day working relationship with AWS to unlock support, programs, and joint opportunities.
- Drive AWS co-sell alignment, including ACE (APN Customer Engagements) opportunity registration and joint account planning.
- Work with AWS field teams and Xora's Partner and GTM teams to identify and develop co-sell opportunities.
- Track co-sell pipeline and ensure opportunities are registered, progressed, and reported accurately.
- Own Xora's AWS Marketplace path: listing and preview readiness, KYC / bank verification, and Foundational Technical Review (FTR).
- Build and manage Marketplace private-offer and CPPO (Channel Partner Private Offer) processes.
- Partner with Commercial Ops and Finance on offer construction (this role owns the marketplace mechanics, not pricing authority).
- Drive AWS funding readiness and consumption — MAP, POC funding, and other partner programs — to accelerate pipeline and pilots.
- Ensure all funding language and co-sell claims are approved, compliant, and never overclaimed.
- Maintain a clean governance record across funding and marketplace activity.
- Work with Product Marketing on AWS co-sell decks, briefing materials, and joint value propositions.
- Support the Partner and GTM teams with AWS programs, incentives, and marketplace mechanisms that accelerate deals.
- Provide AWS ecosystem intelligence to refine Xora's go-to-market.
- 6–10+ years in cloud alliance, AWS partner, co-sell, or ecosystem roles — ideally at an AWS Partner, ISV, or MSP.
- Hands-on experience with AWS partner programs and the practical mechanics of co-sell and marketplace (not relationship management alone).
- Track record of driving co-sell pipeline and building partner-sourced opportunities with AWS.
- Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth, or build-stage environments.
- Direct, hands-on experience with AWS Marketplace — listings, Private Offers, CPPO, FTR, and KYC / bank verification.
- Familiarity with AWS co-sell (ACE), partner tiers, and funding programs (e.g., MAP, POC funding).
- Understanding of the AWS field and partner operating model (PDM / PSM / SA engagement).
- Strong funding-governance discipline — keeping claims compliant and audit-clean.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills, internally and with AWS.
- Strong cross-functional coordination across sales, product, finance, and delivery.
- Detail-oriented and process-disciplined — comfortable owning compliance-sensitive workflows.
- Self-starter able to operate independently and build process where little exists.
- Experience working directly within AWS, or at an AWS Premier / Advanced Partner.
- Prior experience launching or scaling an AWS Marketplace presence end-to-end.
- Existing relationships within the AWS partner ecosystem in Vietnam or APAC.
- Background in Cloud, AI, Data, Cybersecurity, Managed Services, or Digital Transformation.
- Exposure to Financial Services / regulated-industry customers.
- AWS certifications (e.g., Cloud Practitioner) or partner-program accreditations.
