We're looking for Equity Guides who can educate, build trust, and help homeowners make confident financial decisions.

What You'll Do

• Guide homeowners by phone, text, and email
• Explain a new financial product in simple, everyday language
• Understand each customer's goals and determine if our solution is the right fit
• Walk customers through the process from first conversation to funding
• Deliver an exceptional experience that leaves customers feeling informed and supported

We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

• Friendly, empathetic, and naturally curious
• Great on the phone and comfortable explaining numbers
• Honest and consultative—not pushy
• Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Experienced in sales, customer service, or financial services (mortgage experience is a plus, but not required)
