We are currently hiring for our evening shift from 2pm-1pm Monday-Friday with some weekends and Holidays.It will involve working with offshore vendors to ensureappropriate staffing.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and perform basic analysis of data from various sources toidentifytrends and support decision-making processes.

• Assistin evaluating existing operational processes by providing data and analysis toidentifyareas for improvement.

• Maintain and update reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide regular updates to the management team.

• Consult with different departments to gather data and provide support for understanding operational challenges.

• Document operational processes, workflows, and improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the organization.

• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

• 0-2 of Relevant Work Experience

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
