Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities

· Define and own the end-to-end system architecture for enterprise and cloud-native applications.

· Design scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions using .NET, Java, and cloud platforms.

· Provide architectural guidance for microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, and integration patterns.

· Establish and enforce coding standards, architectural principles, and best practices.

· Review solution designs, technical specifications, and code to ensure alignment with architecture.

· Collaborate with business, product, DevOps, security, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Guide teams on cloud adoption, migration, and modernization strategies.

· Identify and mitigate technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.

· Mentor and coach senior developers and technical leads.

Technical Skills & Experience

Core Technologies

· Strong hands-on experience with .NET (ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs) and Java (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate).

· Solid understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.

Cloud & DevOps

· Extensive experience with one or more cloud platforms: Azure / AWS / GCP.

· Expertise in cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).

Architecture & Integration

· Expertise in microservices architecture, RESTful services, and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus).

· Experience with API management, security (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and identity solutions.

· Strong knowledge of application security, performance tuning, and scalability.

Data & Storage

· Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cosmos DB, etc.).

· Understanding of data modeling, caching strategies, and data consistency patterns.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 15+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in a technical leadership or architect role.

· Cloud certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP Architect) are a plus.
