About The Opportunity

Expressions of interest are invited for a Project Administrator position based in either Mango Hill or Maroochydore. The position requires demonstrated experience in construction project administration and the ability to take confident ownership of a diverse range of tasks, delivering them with precision, initiative and minimal supervision. Day to day responsibilities may include:

  • Administering multiple projects using Abergeldie’s ERP system, IFS.
  • Assisting with the preparation and compilation of documentation for progress claims and project reporting.
  • Supporting procurement activities, including obtaining quotations, raising purchase orders and ordering materials.
  • Assisting with the administration of subcontracts and tracking expenditure.
  • Processing daily worksheets, timesheets and delivery dockets.
  • Providing comprehensive document control, including maintaining master drawing files and ensuring documents are scanned and uploaded into EDMS systems.
  • Preparing and maintaining project registers and site reporting documentation.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • Demonstrated experience as a Project Administrator within the construction industry.
  • Experience in site-based administration of large projects or programs, with strong knowledge of procurement, contracts and reporting processes.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Procore and IFS experience (whilst not essential, is highly regarded).
  • Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
  • A Construction Industry White Card (or willingness to obtain).
  • A current driver’s licence (C Class).
