- Take technical ownership of ICT services in customer-specific smart-sourcing models
- Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operations across multi-vendor environments
- Contribute to solution and architecture design with operational and lifecycle requirements
- Act as key technical contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners
- Coordinate technical topics across operations, engineering, and architecture
- Support major incidents, problem management, and complex escalations
- Coach engineers on best practices, troubleshooting, and automation
- Drive automation and AI-enabled initiatives to improve efficiency and quality
- Several years of experience in ICT operations or similar role (min. 5 years)
- Strong expertise across domains: networking, cloud, security, platforms, automation
- Experience in smart-sourcing and multi-vendor environments
- Solid understanding of end-to-end service management (incident, problem, change, release)
- Interest or experience in automation and AIOps
- Strong analytical, structured, and customer-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to coordinate, influence, and solve complex technical issues
- Fluent in French and English; German is an asset
