As a member of our diverse and skilled North America Presales team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's applications to prospects and customers alike. It is this team's job to bring the value of Workday solutions to life and showcase how the world of work can be transformed. Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business
About The Role
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Workday customers and prospects, crafting the overall solution strategy to achieve their business objectives. With expertise working with companies in the Professional Services industry, and a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions, you will establish yourself as a leader with a valued point of view.
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading strategic, complex, platform opportunities. This involves architecting technology solution strategies that achieve customer objectives.
- Identifying and analyzing key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the overall solution landscape, developing solution maps.
- Providing expert guidance to sales and deal teams on how to differentiate with Workday technology.
- Collaborating across functional groups (Value Management, Services, Customer Success Management) to create customer experiences that build long-term, sustainable relationships.
You are adept at translating business needs into technology solutions. Your exceptional communication and relationship-building skills enable you to engage effectively with C-level executives
Basic Qualifications:
Senior Enterprise Architect
- 5+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- 3+ years delivering compelling presentation both in person and virtual meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts and strategic initiatives
- 3+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards.
- 3+ years Enterprise Software Solution Consulting experience or hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications.
- 2+ years delivering compelling presentation both in person and virtual meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts and strategic initiatives
- 2+ years applied working knowledge of cloud architecture, security, reporting, and integration standards.

Demonstrated objection handling skills, with the ability to address customer concerns effectively and persuasively to enhance satisfaction and drive sales conversion.
- Strong product demonstration skills, with the ability to effectively showcase product features and benefits through engaging presentations and interactive demonstrations.
- Able and willing to travel up to 40% across the USA
