Market Performance Manager

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join the high-performing Strategy & Operations team at the core of Uber Eats. In this role, you'll work on business-critical initiatives that drive sustainable growth and operational performance for our restaurant delivery business across seven diverse markets.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, is energized by fast-paced environments, and brings strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset.

As a Market Performance Associate, you'll help identify and execute the right strategic initiatives to support business success across every country in the ACAC region.

What You'll Do

• Monitor, analyze, and diagnose key business performance metrics to identify strategic opportunities and provide a holistic view of business performance, customer experience, and growth across the region.
• Lead the end-to-end development, deployment, and execution of high-impact initiatives that accelerate growth and improve business performance across the seven ACAC markets.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product, and Central teams to align on regional priorities and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
• Analyze the competitive landscape across restaurant delivery markets to identify trends and recommend strategic positioning and tactical actions.
• Translate complex data and project updates into clear, actionable insights through presentations and written recommendations. Communicate performance trends, risks, and strategic opportunities to senior stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in Strategy, Finance, Consulting, Business Intelligence, or a related field. We also welcome candidates from other backgrounds who bring strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
• A data-driven approach to decision-making, using insights to guide recommendations and actions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver results.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset and the ability to independently drive work forward.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of key business drivers, including P&L management, competitive dynamics, customer behavior, operational performance, and risk.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and implement practical, effective solutions.
• Results-oriented with strong accountability and sound prioritization skills.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.

• Experience using AI tools to automate recurring processes, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen strategic analysis.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar programming languages is a plus, but not required.
