Responsibilities
The Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change.
The Measurement Partner will partner with our leading clients and agencies to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support.

Responsibilities:
- Partner primarily with clients and agencies in CPG space to provide sound measurement strategy that can lead to better understanding of business performance on the platform
- Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients
- Leverage both first party and third party measurement solutions to measure the impact TikTok media on advertisers' business
- Analyze data to develop advanced analytics projects and tests tailor-made for clients to prove that TikTok work
- Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with digital advertising or large marketing-related organizations
- Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
- CPG (beauty & care, food & beverage, dining & alcohol) and Media Mix Modeling experience
- Familiarity with experiment, incrementality, attribution, market lift measurement as well as auction enviornment
- Practical experience operating within data for an at-scale business
- Ability to communicate with both business and technical stakeholders with excellent investigative skills, including quantitative fluency
- Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, prioritize strategically and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate degree within a science, mathematics, operations, business, digital marketing, or research field preferred
- Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred
- A track record of inferential problem-solving through experimental design and analytical methods
- A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration
- Experience with executing custom analytical work where SQL and R are a plus
- Familiarity and experience within privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus
Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
