Hiring: Technical Enterprise Architect (Oracle Cloud & Utilities)

We are looking for a Technical Enterprise Architect (TEA) to lead the technical evolution of our Enterprise Architecture practice. This role is the "master strategist" for our digital infrastructure, bridging the gap between high-level business goals and complex multi-cloud solution design.

Candidates can be based in any of these location, work with will (Hybrid - 3 Days Onsite):

📍 Locations:

• San Jose, CA ($150K - $245K)
• New Braunfels, TX ($130K- $180K)
• Clinton, CT ($140K - $200K)

The Mission

You will serve as the lead architect for a maturing EA practice, creating the scalable, secure "blueprint" required to support our rapid growth and the integration of new utility subsidiaries.

What You’ll Do

• Architect the Future: Design enterprise-level solutions across Oracle Utilities Cloud (OUCS), Fusion Cloud, and OUAF.
• Multi-Cloud Mastery: Navigate and govern environments spanning both OCI and AWS.
• Set the Standards: Establish reference architectures, integration patterns, and guardrails to ensure consistency across all business units.
• Lead Governance: Manage Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and provide oversight into designs created by internal teams and vendors.
• Bridge the Gap: Partner with IT and Finance leadership to align technology investments with long-term financial impact and TCO.
