About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified IT Infrastructure & Cloud Administrator to join our IT team. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise in Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and enterprise networking with strong project execution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune) and AWS services
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), including patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS hardening
• Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V) and ensure optimal server performance and scalability

Networking & Security

• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Implement and enforce security best practices, including endpoint protection (CrowdStrike, SentinelOne), MFA, and access controls
• Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and disaster recovery testing

End-User & Project Support

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for end-user devices, enterprise applications, and infrastructure incidents
• Lead or support IT infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations, system upgrades, and new office setups
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, network diagrams, and KB articles
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders

Key Qualifications

Experience & Education

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or cloud engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Technical Expertise

• Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure (certified - AZ-104 or higher), AWS (certified - Solutions Architect Associate or higher)
• Microsoft Stack: Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere, ESXi, Hyper-V
• Networking: CCNA certified or equivalent hands-on experience with Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, VPNs
• Scripting: PowerShell, automation for infrastructure tasks
