Job Role:-Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)


Job Location:- Abu Dhabi, UAE


Experience:- 5-8 Years


Role Summary:-


Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure the reliability, availability, scalability, and performance of enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role combines application support, cloud operations, automation, DevOps, and incident management in a high-availability environment.


Key Responsibilities:-


  • Manage and support business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
  • Support and maintain applications built on Java and .NET Core technologies.
  • Administer and optimize Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.
  • Integrate APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.
  • Build, manage, and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Deploy and support containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and drive incident/problem management activities.
  • Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile project management tools.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to improve platform reliability and operational efficiency.,


Required Skills & Experience:-


  • 5?8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
  • Experience with Java, .NET Core, and modern application architectures.
  • Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and microservices.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience in monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure application deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Experience in financial services/ wealth management/brokerage or trading platforms is mandatory.
  • Understanding of trading lifecycles and financial application support.
  • Exposure to FinTech technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, and digital payment solutions.

Education:-
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
