Infrastructure Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled infrastructure engineer to provide onsite technical support, administration, and maintenance of enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidates will possess strong expertise in virtualization, Microsoft server administration, and network infrastructure management.

Key Responsibility:

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments.
• Manage and support Windows Server infrastructure, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise network devices, including routers, switches, and related network services.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure systems.
• Monitor system health, perform preventive maintenance, and implement necessary upgrades.
• Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes.
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related incidents and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement infrastructure improvements and projects.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Mandatory Certificates:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Routing and Switching (or equivalent enterprise certification).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, system administration, and network administration.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with enterprise virtualization and cloud environments.
• Strong command of English—both written and spoken.
