What you can expect:

• You are responsible for the stable, secure, and scalable operation of modern AI systems and AI infrastructures in a productive enterprise environment.
• You develop and optimize AI operations processes related to deployment, containerization, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You work closely with engineering teams to reliably bring AI solutions from development into productive cloud environments.
• You monitor productive AI services with regard to performance, availability, latency, and error rates, and take rapid action in the event of incidents.
• You ensure efficient cost control in AI operations – including cloud cost management, token optimization, and FinOps approaches.
• You ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements such as data privacy, access control, and the EU AI Act.
• You collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and IT and support the integration of scalable AI solutions into existing system landscapes.

Your profile:

• You have practical experience in DevOps, MLOps, or Cloud Infrastructure – ideally in the field of AI or Machine Learning
• You are familiar with modern cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and have experience operating scalable systems
• You have worked with technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code
• You bring expertise in monitoring, observability, and incident management – for example with tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or CloudWatch
• You have a solid understanding of security, governance, data privacy, and technical compliance requirements in cloud and AI environments
• You work in a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented manner and maintain oversight even in dynamic operational environments
• You communicate confidently within interdisciplinary teams and have very good written and spoken German and English skills
