Senior AWS Cloud Engineer - Support

We are seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer - Support to lead key technical decisions and serve as the primary technical facilitator in discussions with stakeholders, vendors and internal teams. In this role, you will coordinate the technical implementation of cloud infrastructure while ensuring alignment with the principles defined in the operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead key technical decisions and ensure implementation remains aligned with the principles defined in the operating model
• Serve as the primary technical facilitator in discussions with NEQUI stakeholders, vendors and other NEQUI teams
• Coordinate the technical implementation of pipelines, observability, scalability and security
• Oversee the technical backlog, code reviews and automation of recurring critical processes
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer with other technical teams
• Integrate pipelines into software development projects and optimize continuous application delivery
• Provide onsite availability on alternate weeks with 24/7 support availability
• Work availability for stand-by shifts at night, as well as rotating shifts and weekends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, Network fundamentals)
• 3+ years of experience developing and implementing infrastructure on Terraform
• Expertise in DevSecOps methodology (CI/CD)
• Solid experience in the design, implementation and maintenance of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps or AWS CodePipeline (Azure DevOps preferred)
• Basic programming knowledge for communication with the development team
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Knowledge of IBM, WAS, BUS, IHS
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification
