Solution Architect - Cloud, AI & Digital Engineering

We are looking for a Solution Architect with solid experience in solution architecture, digital transformation and cloud platforms. You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure technology solutions aligned with our clients' business objectives, acting as a technical reference for engineering teams, delivery leaders and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate combines technical depth, strategic vision and consultative skills, with experience interacting directly with clients and participating in the definition of high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design solution architectures for enterprise applications, digital platforms and modernization initiatives
• Definition of architectural guidelines, standards and best practices
• Lead solution discovery and definition sessions with clients and technical teams
• Evaluation of technologies, platforms and architectural patterns to ensure scalability, security and maintainability
• Promotion of cloud-native architectures, automation, observability and DevOps best practices
• Identification of opportunities for adopting Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies
• Participation in pre-sales initiatives, estimations and the development of technical proposals

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development, architecture or digital transformation
• 5+ years in Solution Architect, Software Architect or Technical Lead roles
• Background in consulting or technology services companies working with multiple clients
• Experience leading modernization, cloud migration or technology transformation projects
• Capability to interact with technical and executive stakeholders
• Expertise in Solution Architecture and Enterprise Architecture
• Proficiency in Microservices, APIs and event-driven architectures
• Skills in Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Competency in Kubernetes, Docker and cloud-native platforms
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, observability, security and platform governance
• Understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence, LLMs, RAG or AI Agents
• Executive communication, strategic thinking and consulting skills
• Professional Background in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or related fields
