Your role as a DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligning your own work to objectives and setting personal priorities, teaming with others across businesses and borders and taking accountability for own and team results. In this role, you will build relationships and exercise your communication skills in order to positively influence your peers and other stakeholders. You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.

As a DevOps/Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Deploy and operate cloud solutions for customers in a dynamic, multi-client environment.
• Coordinate and communicate within the team and directly with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Deploy updates and fixes for customer assets.
• Design, build and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines, selecting appropriate automation and monitoring tooling.
• Automate manual processes and build tooling to reduce errors and improve reliability.
• Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Monitor systems and processes across the product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and participate in incident management.
• Perform root cause analysis for production issues.
• Work with data and software engineers to ensure development follows established processes and works as intended.

#WinningRequirements

• Academic background (BSc and/or MSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• 0-2 years of hands-on experience.
• Working experience (1+ years) with Infrastructure as Code on real-world projects, using at least one of Terraform, Bicep will be considered a plus.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/GitLab/Jenkins).
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (primarily Kubernetes), in the cloud or on-premises.
• Scripting knowledge (PowerShell/Bash/Python).
• Proficient with Git and pipeline-based development workflows.
• Working knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPNs, firewalls, load balancers).
• Security-minded, applying the company’s security, backup and redundancy strategies.
• Problem-solving attitude

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language
• Military obligations fulfilled where applicable
