Role: Technical Project Manager – Cloud Infrastructure Migration

Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to support large-scale cloud infrastructure migration projects across multiple clients and industries. The role will act as the key bridge between customers in Saudi Arabia and technical delivery teams, including India-based engineering teams.

This is an individual contributor role, not a people-management position, but the candidate must be confident managing stakeholders, coordinating delivery, and translating customer technical needs into clear project requirements and execution plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate large-scale cloud infrastructure migration projects.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical requirements, project scope, risks, and delivery expectations.
• Act as the bridge between client stakeholders and offshore/India-based technical teams.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Support cross-client and potentially cross-country project delivery.
• Ensure cloud migration activities are delivered in line with technical, commercial, and customer expectations.
• Work across multi-industry environments, adapting to different client operating models and priorities.

Required Experience

• Strong Technical Project Management experience, ideally within cloud infrastructure, migration, SRE, or platform engineering environments.
• Proven experience delivering cloud migration projects using AWS, Microsoft Azure, or both.
• Cloud certification is mandatory, such as AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
• Strong customer-facing experience, including gathering technical needs and managing senior technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with distributed/offshore technical teams, particularly India-based delivery teams, would be highly valuable.
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor without direct team management responsibility.
• Experience across multiple industries or client environments preferred.
