Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Manager to support client relationships, business development efforts, and project coordination within a fast-paced construction environment. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers while coordinating internally with estimating, operations, and sales teams to ensure projects and bids move smoothly from opportunity through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts and support issue resolution as needed
• Coordinate bid opportunities, proposals, and project documentation
• Work closely with estimating and operations teams to support project timelines and deliverables
• Enter and manage opportunities, customer information, and project tracking within CRM systems
• Assist with proposal preparation, pricing coordination, and scope clarification with builders and contractors
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to internal teams and clients
• Support business development initiatives and help identify opportunities for account growth
• Conduct occasional client visits and maintain strong relationships within the construction community

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction, project coordination, purchasing, account management, or related industries
• Strong understanding of construction, subcontracting, or building materials environments preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general business systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
