HCI AI & Automation Technical Architect

Job Description

Stefanini Group is seeking an experienced AI & Automation Technical Architect to be part of our Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure (HCI) cluster, within the Infrastructure Services Division.

The successful candidate will design and implement automation solutions that enhance operational efficiencies and reduce costs.

This role requires a strong understanding of cloud environments, IT infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

Job responsibilities:

• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and deploy automation solutions across various platforms, focusing on cloud environments and IT infrastructure.
• Process Automation: Automate business processes and IT operations to enhance speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Integration Services: Design and implement integration solutions between monitoring platforms and ITSM tools.
• Project Management: Oversee automation projects from concept through completion, ensuring they meet all technical requirements and business objectives.
• Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members and clients on new automation tools and practices.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve automation strategies to adapt to changing technologies and business needs.

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

Education:

• Mandatory: Bachelor's degree in any field with equivalent professional experience relevant to the job.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in automation, with demonstrated success in automating cloud and IT operations.
• Mandatory 3 years of experience acting as technical project lead, driving the technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.

Technical skills:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Advanced knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with DevOps tools (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
• Mandatory knowledge about SNOW ITSM tool – at least medium knowledge of SNOW integration via APIs is needed.

Soft skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills capable of handling a vast variety of systems

Language proficiency:

• Proficiency in English for professional communication and documentation.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or similar credentials are highly desirable.
• Mentoring less experienced staff.

• Working hours: EMEA business hours
