Director, Cloud and Infrastructure Solutions

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Director of Cloud & Infrastructure Solutions to lead enterprise cloud, infrastructure, and operational technology services across a complex healthcare environment. Reporting to the Vice President of Enterprise Services, this leader will be responsible for the strategic direction, architecture, governance, and operational excellence of the organization's cloud and infrastructure ecosystem.

The Director will oversee cloud platforms, data center and server infrastructure, storage, disaster recovery, business continuity, automation, observability, infrastructure security, and technology operations. This role requires a unique combination of executive leadership and deep technical expertise, ensuring technology platforms remain scalable, secure, resilient, and aligned with organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise cloud and infrastructure strategy.

• Lead Azure-first cloud architecture, governance, and modernization initiatives.

• Oversee cloud engineering, infrastructure engineering, storage, compute, virtualization, and endpoint technologies.

• Own disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability strategies.

• Partner with Information Security to drive Zero Trust and compliance initiatives.

• Establish ITSM, observability, automation, and operational excellence standards.

• Manage budgets, vendors, staffing, and strategic technology roadmaps.

• Build and mentor high-performing technical teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field.

• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience.

• 7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, and systems operations.

• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and governance.

• Experience in HIPAA-regulated healthcare environments.

• Strong understanding of AWS, GCP, FinOps, DR/BCP, security, and infrastructure operations.
