Job Title: Solutions Architect – Presales
Reports To: IT Solutions Sr Sales Director
Location: US (preferred) | Hybrid

Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect – Presales to support our sales team by designing and presenting tailored technology solutions to prospective clients. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring proposed solutions are scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges
- Design end-to-end technical solutions aligned with client needs
- Lead technical discussions, discovery workshops, and solution presentations
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with detailed technical proposals
- Provide solution architecture documentation, including diagrams and technical specifications
- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to ensure feasibility
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and strategic guidance
- Support pricing, effort estimation, and solution costing
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system integration
- Experience with microservices, APIs, and modern application architectures
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
- Experience working with RFPs and bid management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) or architecture frameworks (TOGAF)
- Experience in specific domains (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom)
- Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to data platforms, AI/ML, or cybersecurity solutions
