Tasks / Responsibilities
Lead requirement analysis, solution architecture, and cloud migration design on AWS while defining Java technical strategy using Spring, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture for enterprise and IoT solutions.
Provide technical leadership through architecture governance, code reviews, mentoring, Agile best practices, CI/CD, operations planning, and multi-project delivery with global teams.
Expected Skill Set
- Strong experience in Java technologies with 8+ years of industry exposure, including deep expertise in Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, Spring Data JPA), RESTful Web Services, Microservices architecture, and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Lead requirement analysis, solution architecture, traditional system to cloud migration, and data cloud migration design, delivering scalable and secure cloud service solutions.
- Work closely with global teams to drive end-to-end implementation and delivery of IoT projects, with regular synchronization and technical alignment with architects and leadership teams.
- Act as a Java Technical Lead, defining architecture strategies, driving solution design, and collaborating with managers and leads on costing, estimation, and pricing models.
- Design and govern operations and maintenance strategies on the AWS cloud platform, supporting production stability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Provide strong hands-on leadership in Java development, including coding, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, build and release management, and deployment automation.
- Demonstrate expert-level understanding of OOPS, design patterns, data structures, and enterprise-grade application design principles.
- Drive architecture design, security implementation, system modernization, and migration programs for highly available and reliable systems.
- Possess advanced knowledge of AWS services, cloud-native design patterns, performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
- Exhibit mastery in SDLC processes, technical documentation, and modeling using UML and sequence diagrams.
- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and lead high-performing engineering teams, driving technical excellence and independent ownership.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, handling complex technical challenges across multiple projects.
- Capable of managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and business expectations.
- Rich experience working with globally distributed teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong team player with outstanding collaboration, leadership presence, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of DEVOPS, CICD tools like Jenkins, Understand CI/CD and deployment on AWS.
- Knowledge of containers, dockers & AWS software configuration & deployments.
- Understand automated deployment tools.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
