Join our global team as a Customer Success Manager and play a key role in helping our customers achieve long-term success with our SaaS solutions. We're looking for a customer-focused professional with a strong background in SaaS customer success, account management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts, driving retention, customer satisfaction, and long-term value.
- Identify expansion opportunities and generate revenue through upselling and add-on sales.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers to understand their evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams across multiple regions to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor account health, product usage, and adoption metrics, taking proactive action to ensure customer success.
- Drive customer renewals and help maximize account growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of driving customer retention, renewals, sales, and revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency with CRM and work management tools such as Salesforce, monday.com, or similar platforms.
- Solid technical aptitude with a strong understanding of SaaS products and technology.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer management skills.
- Comfortable working in a distributed global team across multiple time zones.

- Working Hours: Aligned with Israel business hours.
Salary
- USD 8-9 per hour
