Operating within the luxury real estate sector and affiliated with one of the most prestigious property networks in the world, they have built a strong reputation for excellence, market expertise, and high-value transactions across sought-after territories.
Responsibilities- Manage and assign incoming real estate leads in a timely, organized, and strategic manner
- Coordinate relocation inquiries and referrals across internal and external networks
- Track lead activity, follow-up status, and conversion outcomes using specialized platforms
- Serve as the point of contact between referring parties and the receiving agent or team
- Maintain accurate records of lead assignments, referrals, and outcomes
- Monitor lead pipelines and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
- Communicate professionally and promptly with agents, coordinators, and partners
- Support reporting and performance tracking related to lead generation and conversion

- Comfortable working across digital tools and platforms in a fast-paced environment
