Key Responsibilities
Lead solution architecture and system design for applications and infrastructure problems/improvements.
Understand customer environments and landscape quickly to propose/refine solutions to standard / new solutions as required
Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements, standard operating procedures, environment, user and technology challenges
Define technology solutions ensuring production grade performance, scalability, security and cost effective / performance effective solutions
Integrate various layers including ticketing tool, observability tools application and infrastructure components towards solutions
Define architecture standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of architectural solutions.
Conduct architecture assessments and provide modernization recommendations.
Design cloud-native and distributed systems leveraging AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Adapt equally well to 3 tier architecture based solutions
Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, proposal reviews, and technical presentations.
Required Skills
12+ years of experience in software engineering and architecture.
Strong expertise in Application and Infrastructure Architecture
Strong skills in ITSM and deep knowledge on platform operations/production support
Hands on experience with architecting and solutioning for application and infrastructure use cases
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Deep understanding of microservices, APIs, event-driven architectures, integration patterns, and modern application platforms.
AI fluency with experience in implementing Agentic AI solutions, multi-agent architectures, MCP, tool orchestration, and AI-assisted engineering workflows
Have a keen eye on architecting solutions towards modernizing legacy systems / specific system requirements and use cases
Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Ability to lead technical discussions, workshops, and architecture reviews.
Experience in Healthcare, Retail, BFSI, or Enterprise Digital Transformation programs is a plus.
TOGAF or architecture certifications are a plus.
Travel to client locations as required
Work from respective office locations as per policies
Work in different shifts based on customer location and project requirements
