What is The Role:
As a Solution Architect (Pre-sales) at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Collaborate with account teams to understand customer requirements.
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and solution workshops.
- Design architectures for search, observability, and security use cases.
- Deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts.
- Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
- Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
- Document solutions and share technical knowledge internally and externally.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role.
- Ability to map business needs to technical solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies.
- Experience in observability, security analytics, or enterprise search.
- Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.).
- Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
