An exciting opportunity has opened for a DevOps IT Lead to join a leading global organisation. You'll take ownership of developer platforms and tooling, driving automation, governance, and self-service capabilities across engineering teams.

This role combines technical leadership with platform ownership, focusing on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability, secrets management, and developer enablement. Working within a distributed DevOps model, you'll partner closely with engineering and security teams to improve platform capabilities, engineering standards, and developer productivity.

What You Bring

• 10+ years' experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure

• Strong AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Terraform expertise

• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and Argo CD

• Strong understanding of observability and platform operations
