We are seeking an experienced AWS Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise-scale cloud environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong AWS architecture, migration, automation, security, and modernization capabilities, along with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive cloud transformation initiatives.

Note: This is NOT a delivery role.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement secure, scalable, and resilient AWS solutions.
• Lead customer discussions to understand business challenges and translate requirements into technical architectures.
• Collaborate with security, networking, application, and infrastructure teams to deliver integrated cloud solutions.
• Architect cloud-native applications and optimize existing applications for AWS environments.
• Define migration roadmaps and modernization strategies for enterprise workloads.
• Provide architectural governance and technical leadership throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal stakeholders on AWS best practices and emerging technologies.
• Support sales, pre-sales, and bid management teams by contributing to:
• Solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations and Customer workshops
• Effort estimation and solution sizing
• Develop thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures, and technical presentations on AWS and cloud transformation topics.

Experience Requirements

• Hands-on involvement in at least two large-scale AWS implementation and/or migration programs within enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in architecture reviews, cloud assessments, workshops, and technical solution development.
• Strong track record of developing Proofs of Concept (PoCs), reusable assets, accelerators, and solution frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Overall 15+ years of IT industry experience with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on AWS cloud experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise cloud transformation, migration, and modernization initiatives.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or Professional

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $170,000 per year

Pay Range Maximum: $220,000 per year

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
