Job Summary

We are looking for a Head of Cloud Infrastructure & Private Cloud Operations to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of a large-scale private cloud environment. This role will oversee five core domains: Private Cloud, Server & Storage, Networking, Security Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, ensuring a secure, scalable, and highly available platform while leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Private Cloud strategy, architecture, and technology roadmap.
• Lead the design, implementation, and operations of enterprise cloud infrastructure.
• Oversee Private Cloud, Server & Storage, Networking, Security Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity functions.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery readiness, security compliance, and SLA achievement.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence.
• Lead and develop infrastructure engineering and operations teams.
• Manage technology vendors, budgets, and strategic initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, or data center environments.
• Minimum 5–8 years in leadership roles managing large-scale infrastructure platforms.
• Proven experience in private cloud, multi-site data centers, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
