RESPONSIBILTIE

• S:Lead the administration, security, and optimization of hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premises and Microsoft Azure IaaS environments, including virtual networks, VMs, storage, and security contro
• lsDesign and implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions for servers and critical systems, ensuring regular testing and validati
• onManage virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V) and hybrid identity solutions, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and Group Policy administrati
• onDrive infrastructure security initiatives including server hardening, vulnerability remediation, patch management, and access controls in alignment with company policies and compliance requiremen
• tsMonitor system health, capacity, and performance to proactively ensure uptime, scalability, and optimal resource utilization across all environmen
• tsServe as escalation point for the IT Service Desk team and coordinate incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective action planni
• ngSupport core networking services including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewall integrations while troubleshooting connectivity issues across hybrid environmen
• tsCollaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to support audits, risk assessments, and regulatory requiremen
• tsCreate and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, runbooks, and system diagrams while evaluating infrastructure improvements and cost-optimization opportuniti
