Azure Cloud Solutions Architect

Mission :

As an Azure Cloud Solutions Architect, you will join an ICT architecture team and play a key role in designing and governing Azure cloud solutions across strategic projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, document, and deliver Azure cloud architectures
• Translate business and IT requirements into secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions
• Support engineering and delivery teams with architectural guidance
• Contribute to the development of Azure cloud foundations, governance, and landing zone
• Define and improve cloud networking, security, identity, and automation frameworks
• Support hybrid cloud integration between Azure and on-premises environments
• Drive Infrastructure as Code and deployment automation initiatives
• Participate in cloud adoption and optimization programs
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, workshops, and technical coaching for internal teams
• Collaborate closely with Enterprise Architects and key stakeholders

Profile :

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Azure Cloud Solution Architect
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (or equivalent)
• Experience in enterprise-scale cloud transformation projects

Skills :

• Azure Architecture (IaaS, PaaS, Hybrid Cloud)
• Azure Hub & Spoke Architecture
• Cloud Governance & Landing Zones
• Azure Networking & Hybrid Connectivity
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates)
• Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, ArchiMate, UML, SparxEA
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
• Good proficiency in Dutch and English

Nice to Have :

• Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or Network Operator sector
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, SAP Cloud, or other cloud platforms
• Experience with LeanIX
• Additional Azure certifications
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Communication Services (ACS), and Mobility Solutions
