Are you a freelancer with experience in customer service looking to join a dynamic network? We’re seeking dedicated partners within the EU (excluding Germany) to support us in our inbound customer service projects.

Responsibilities

What to Expect:

• Diverse Projects: Work on innovative customer service projects for exciting clients.
• Flexibility: You’ll work from your own location—all you need is a dedicated workspace and a stable internet connection.
• Autonomy: As a freelancer, you’ll have flexibility in managing your time and can decide for yourself how to structure your workday.

Your Responsibilities:

• Inbound Communication: Handling inquiries by phone and in writing—always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: You answer customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Qualifications

What you bring to the table:

• Location: You live in another EU country (outside of Germany) and have a registered business with a VAT ID
• Customer service experience: You have previously worked as an agent or in a similar role.
• Language skills: You speak and write German at the C1 or C2 level—clearly, error-free, and with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills: A friendly demeanor, a solution-oriented approach, and confident verbal and written expression.
• Basic technical skills: You are proficient in using common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.Freelancer status: You are officially registered as a freelancer and can work within the EU.
