- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation and manage your pipeline to improve close rates
- Provide exceptional customer experiences that build trust and long-term engagement
- 3+ years of experience in timeshare or vacation ownership sales
- Strong virtual presentation, communication, and closing skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a remote setting
- Proficiency with CRM systems and virtual sales tools
- Resilience, persistence, and confidence handling objections and rejection
